Requesting an Appointment

Appointments are requested through Headway’s secure scheduling platform. Insurance eligibility is verified through Headway during the scheduling process. When you follow the scheduling link, Headway will guide you through:

• Creating a secure account

• Entering basic contact and insurance information

• Completing initial intake questions

• Selecting available appointment times

Once your request is submitted, you will receive confirmation and next steps directly through Headway.
