Who I Serve
I provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adolescents (12+), young adults, and adults across Montana. Care is developmentally informed, collaborative, and tailored to the needs of each individual. All services are delivered via secure telehealth to clients physically located in Montana at the time of their appointment.
Children & Adolescents
Adolescents experience mental health concerns differently than adults. Care requires attention to development, family dynamics, school demands, and emotional maturity.
I work with teens experiencing anxiety, depression, attention concerns, obsessive or repetitive thoughts and behaviors, and stress-related challenges. When appropriate, care includes collaboration with parents or caregivers and coordination with therapists, primary care providers, or schools.
The focus is healthy development, improved daily functioning, and long-term emotional stability.
Young Adults and Adults
Young adulthood often brings increased stress and transition—college demands, early career pressures, financial responsibility, and evolving identity. Many seek care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or difficulty finding steadiness during periods of rapid change.
Adults often present while balancing work, relationships, parenting, and accumulating responsibility. Emotional exhaustion, mood shifts, anxiety, and burnout are common reasons for seeking care.
Treatment emphasizes clear diagnosis, education, and practical strategies alongside thoughtful medication management. The goal is improved functioning, stability, and sustained progress.
Men
Men frequently experience mental health concerns in ways that are overlooked or minimized, including chronic stress, irritability, emotional suppression, and burnout.
I work with men seeking straightforward, respectful psychiatric care focused on functioning, relationships, and long-term wellbeing. Treatment is direct, practical, and grounded in understanding symptoms within the context of work, family, and expectations.
